| Delivery |

| Custom imprinted orders will ship in approximately 2-4 weeks. Wallet calendar cards could take as much as 12 weeks. Wall calendars begin to ship in September for the following year's calendars. Calendar orders received after September 30th cannot be guaranteed to be in stock or ship prior to Thanksgiving. Calendar orders received after October 31st cannot be guaranteed to ship prior to Christmas. All products are subject to availability. |

| If you need delivery in less than 3 weeks, please call (800) 998-1970 find out if a rush service is available for the product you are interested in. We will confirm all additional rush and/or overnight charges before shipping. |

| If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please contact us at (800) 998-1970. Items that are personalized or custom printed cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. All items must be new and unused, and in their original condition and packaging. All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. |
